Hindsoft reserves
the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
You'll only use our
servers to host legal content.
You authorize Hindsoft to bill you for any
additional costs incurred by your domain above and beyond
your current account package (currently only late payment
fees and extra bandwidth usage). You
agree to follow and obey all of our client policies.
You understand all of our prices are in
US Dollars & Indian rupees and must be paid in these
currencies.
You agree not to use our servers to cause
network abuse to other providers / internet users (DDoS,
Trojans, etc)
These terms and policies
can be changed at anytime, please
keep up to date with them.
Refund Policy:
We do not make any refunds of payments except in special
cases or when a special money back gurantee is provided
by a special offer or promised in writing.
Policies:
Please read the following carefully. Violation of these
policies may result in the suspension or termination
of your account.
Abuse Policy:
Hindsoft does NOT condone any form of network abuse
whatsoever. DDoS attacks, fork bombs, or any other kind
of attacks launched from within our servers or against
our servers will result in your account being terminated
and you will be reported to the proper authorities.
Abuse Policy:
Hindsoft allows you to host just about anything else
on our servers. The only policy we have is that the
files must be legal. No cracked/pirated software, illegal
mp3s, virus/Trojans, or anything of that nature can
be housed on our servers. Any user in violation of this
policy will have their site suspended and asked to remove
it. Failure to do so will result in account termination.
Privacy Policy:
Hindsoft does respect your privacy. All client information
is stored in our secure encrypted database and is confidential.
The only thing that will be made public is your first
name/domain ONLY if you wish to publish a testimonial.
Everything else such as passwords, emails, etc will
never be sold to any third parties. In the case of a
rare security risk/legal issue this policy may be broken
but only in extreme cases such as fraud.
Resource Policy:
Hindsoft understands some sites may be more resource
intensive than others. All clients can use a maximum
of 25% of system resources (CPU/ram) for no longer than
1 minute at a time. Users who constantly abuse our resources
will be suspended and/or terminated. If your site is
that resource heavy you might want ask us about semi-dedicated
packages or getting a dedicated server for your site.
Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared and Reseller servers include:
- Topsites
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Pirated Software/Warez
- Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
- AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
- IP Scanners
- Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
- Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
- Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
- File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
- Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
- Escrow/Bank Debentures
- High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
- Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
- Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
- Prime Banks Programs
- Lottery/Gambling Sites
- MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
- Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content
- Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs
- Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
- Push button mail scripts
- Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc)
- Tell A Friend Scripts
- Anonymous or Bulk SMS Gateways
Examples of unacceptable material on all Dedicated servers include:
- IRCD (irc servers)
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Pirated Software/Warez
- IP Scanners
- Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
- Mail Bombers/spam Scripts
- Escrow
- High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
- Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
- Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
- Prime Banks Programs
- Lottery/Gambling Sites
- Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content

- Mailer Pro
- Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc)
Policy:
Hindsoft does NOT condone spamming. If you're found
to be spamming from our servers your account will be
terminated ASAP. Spamming is not, and never will be
acceptable to us. Mass emailing must be done through
an approved and proper mailing list (our discretion)
and broken up into small manageable mailings (anyone
sending out 1000+ emails in less than an hour is going
to hear from us. All mailing lists must be minimum double
opt-in and include full headers to track abuse and links
to unsubscribe in case of error. The reply address must
also be in your own domain name, no linking to free
accounts or non-existant email addresses. Anyone who
knowingly and willingly violates this policy will be
terminated with extreme prejudice and no refunds will
be given. Seems a little strict but we're very serious
about our no-spamming policy.
Uptime Policy:
"Uptime you can count on" That's our promise to you.
We want you to know that at Hindsoft we don't like downtime
any more than you do, so you can rest assured that the
minute service goes down you will be notified by back
up methods to explain the situation and we will be working
hard to restore service ASAP.
No responsibility wll be applicable on Hindsoft
Technology Pvt. Ltd. on account of any error/ negligence
of the principle & third party service provider. |
