| Q.1: How
do I use FTP? |
| The easiest
way to transfer files to
your site is to use a File
Transfer Protocol (FTP)
utility. Often, FTP clients
are bundled with your Internet
service provider package.
Your FTP username and password
will be sent to you in your
email. After you connect
to the FTP server, you can
directly access the directory
containing your files by
entering the File Manager.
You'll be able to see the
files in your directory,
as well as edit them, delete
them, rename them, and more.

| Q.4: Why
don't any of the changes
show up on my site? |
| First, make
sure that you save the file
in order to see any changes.
You should see the changes
when you click the "View"
link next to the file name
in your File Manager.
If you don't see the
changes to your file when
you access your web page,
hold down the "Shift"
key on your keyboard while
clicking the "Refresh"
or "Reload"
button on your browser
toolbar. This will completely
reload your page and should
show any changes you made.

| Q.5: How
do I upload files from my
own computer? |
| You will
find answers to this query
in the Help section of the
Ensim Control Panel. Click
to select either Windows

| |
| Q.6: Why
is my file being denied? |
| Your file
may be denied for one or
more of the following reasons:
The file type is not
supported.
The file size is too
large.
The name of your file
is invalid.
Here are some things
to check before you post
the file again:
Please visit our File
Types List to view our
supported file types.
Our FTP servers also
check to see if the file
being uploaded has the
correct file extension.
If you have a .bmp image
and simply change the
file extension to that
of .gif or .jpg, our servers
are setup to deny it.
To convert a .bmp image
to a .gif or .jpg image,
you'll need to use an
image-editing program.
We suggest that you try
to keep your file sizes
under 2MB per file. This
will also decrease the
time it takes for your
visitors to view your
files.

| Q.7: Why
am I unable to connect to

and password you are using.
They should valid and are
case sensitive. |
