We believe in maintaining high standards and in pursuit of that we have evolved the following procedures and practices in our office:
It is our standard practice and procedure that whenever a new client (whosoever he may be) approaches us or contacts; he is requested to visit our office with all the details of his proposal. We don't create or put pressure on the new client or visit him to pocket some business deal awaiting us.
 

As per our terms and conditions, the new client has to pay our professional charges for discussion of his proposal. This practice tests the seriousness of the prospective client in dealing with us and avoids fake clients.

The status, credit worthiness and the viability of the project of the client are most important to us for consideration of his project despite the client may have suffered losses and become a defaulter due to adverse market conditions and circumstances beyond his control. But we don't entertain dishonest deals or proposals lacking substance.

We leave on the client to respond on his own once he approaches us with his new proposal.

Once the proposal of the client becomes acceptable to us, his project report for requisite financial assistance is prepared and is submitted to him as well as Bank/Financial institutions with in the shortest time not exceeding 45 days. All the queries are settled by our professionals within the shortest possible time to give a fair deal to the clients and to gain the confidence of client which goes a long way in building our goodwill and image in the market.
